Using robotics, computational design, and AI, our systems turn today’s e-waste into resilient, data-driven supply chains—and change how electronics are made in the first place.IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:As a Robotics Manufacturing Technician, you will work alongside a collaborative, cross-functional team, gaining hands-on experience across manufacturing, robotics, and research & development (R&D). This role offers exposure to advanced technologies including robotic microfactories, machine assembly, 3D printing, CNC and manual machining, and robotic system validation. Technicians will play a vital role in building and testing Molg’s cutting-edge microfactories and may be asked to specialize as the organization scales. This is a high-impact role suited for individuals who enjoy solving technical challenges, working with advanced machinery, and helping shape the future of circular manufacturing. Duties will include but not limited to:Manufacturing & AssemblyAssembling and test robotic microfactory systems following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Develop habits around tool, material, and workstation organization for safe and efficient manufacturing.Perform quality assurance checks using defined protocols and documentation standards.Support development and testing of SOPs for new products and looking for continuous improvement across all processes.Assist with inventory tracking and storage of materials and finished goods.Shadow and support engineers during the R&D process for new products.Debugging and repairing circuit boards, proprietary tools, and pneumatic systems through soldering, inspection, and system testing.3D Printing & PrototypingExecute 3D printing jobs from digital design files for prototypes and functional tools.Operate manual machines under supervision to support component fabrication.Robotics & Systems TestingConduct supervised pre-deployment testing of robotic systems across automated demanufacturing workflows.Document test results and system performance accurately.Deployment SupportAssist in preparing microfactory systems for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and logistics.Support installation, reassembly, testing, and validation of microfactories at customer sites.Observe and participate in technical demonstrations and customer handover activities. Responsibilities may be tailored to qualified applicants’ experience and interests.
