Role Description
The Head, People Experience Transformation owns the modernization and continuous improvement of the HR operating model, building a function that is efficient, data-driven, and consistently benchmarked against leading practice. This role has end-to-end responsibility for re-engineering HR workflows, operationalizing people analytics at scale across the enterprise, evolving the HR technology ecosystem, and governing policy across Mynt and its subsidiaries. This role evolves HR into a future-forward, data-driven, self-service, and continuously improving operation, contributing to operational excellence and efficiency while raising the quality of the employee experience.
1. Continuous Process Improvement & Workflow Architecture
Systemic Re-Engineering: Audit, map, and continuously improve end-to-end HR workflows across the entire employee lifecycle. Eliminate fragmented, manual tasks and replace them with lean, high-efficiency scalable frameworks and operational playbooks.
Employee Experience Design: Apply design-thinking principles to internal processes, treating HR workflows as products. Ensure that key interactions (e.g., onboarding, internal transfers) require minimal steps and effort from employees.
2. Advanced People Analytics & Listening Infrastructure
Data-Driven Diagnostics: Establish and scale an advanced People Analytics framework. Deploy research methodology and listening tools to determine employee sentiment and friction points for real-time solutioning and interventions. Support timely decision making with user-friendly dashboards and management reports.
Predictive Performance Metrics: Transition HR metrics to predictive and prescriptive analytics to enable insight-driven decision making, proactive workforce planning, and targeted execution.
3. Core Systems Evolution & Intelligent Automation
Intelligent HR Systems Strategy: Define and own the strategy and roadmap for AI-enabled and intelligent HR systems, including platform architecture direction, build or buy decisions, and prioritization of automation investments in line with enterprise-wide strategies, data and AI governance standards.
Next-Gen Ecosystem Management: Partner with Employee Systems, Tech and Ops ETS Team and other broader technology teams to evaluate, optimize, and maximize HR technology stack.
Optimize with Self-Service: Deploy AI and automated workflows for routine employee transactions and lifecycles to optimize productivity, deflect administrative burden, and drive deep cost efficiency.
4. Policy Governance & Guardrails
Compliance & Integrity: Serve as the permanent custodian of HR policies, ensuring that as processes are digitized and automated, all regulatory frameworks, labor law compliance, and data privacy standards are upheld and maintained.
Cross-Entity Standardization: Design process and policy guardrails that seamlessly scale across Mynt and its operating subsidiaries while maintaining centralized compliance.
Sustainable Change Management: Act as the strategic lead for operational adoption, guiding HR teams and business managers through the behavioral shifts required to embrace modernized systems and “sunset” outdated or legacy workflows, systems and practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile & Competencies
• Operational Mastery: Advanced expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile HR, or Design Thinking methodologies applied directly to scaling corporate environments.
• Data & Technology Fluent: Deep proficiency in People Analytics frameworks, data visualization tools and modern HRIS automated workflow capabilities.
• Intelligent Systems Strategy: Demonstrated experience in setting and leading AI/Automation Strategy and technology roadmaps including build or buy evaluation, platform architecture decisions.
• Strategic Systems Thinker: 10+ years of experience within high-growth tech ecosystems or strategic management consulting, with a demonstrated history of designing high-performing operational infrastructure preferably within multi-operating business entities.
