As an AI Advanced Analytics - Manager, you will lead the design and development of advanced data solutions, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to create robust data infrastructures and systems, enabling efficient data processing and analysis. As a Manager, you will guide and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will be responsible for strategic planning, mentoring junior staff, and managing client accounts to deliver exceptional service.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will develop and implement data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions. Responsibilities

- Designing and developing data infrastructure and systems to facilitate efficient data processing and analysis
- Implementing data pipelines, integration, and transformation solutions using platforms like Apache Airflow and Azure Data Factory
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Snowflake Data Warehouse for scalable data solutions
- Building and optimizing databases with PostgreSQL and MySQL for enhanced performance and security
- Developing data models and dimensional modeling techniques to support data strategy and architecture
- Validating data quality and integrity through strategic questioning and analytical thinking
- Coaching and mentoring teams in agile scalability and data engineering practices
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive product innovation and address data challenges
- Promoting the adoption of innovative technologies and leading practices in data engineering
- Confirming compliance with database security best practices and data anonymization standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
