As an Oracle Tech Consultant Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize their operational efficiency by analyzing their needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on utilizing and managing the Oracle suite of software and technologies for various organizational purposes, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of Oracle products and solutions.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will leverage your skills to respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Managing installation, configuration, and administration of Oracle products
- Developing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) solutions to optimize business processes
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for enhanced reporting capabilities
- Supporting seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Providing training and guidance to clients for efficient use of Oracle technologies
- Collaborating with teams to address complex data integration challenges using Oracle Data Integration tools
- Building meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their strategic objectives
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in technical, integration, database, or related Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) domains
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher for data insights
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
