Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager

Lead operational supply planning for Azure hardware by partnering with product, engineering, datacenter infrastructure, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to optimize server build placement, timing, and capacity fulfillment. Translate demand forecasts and capacity commitments into executable supply and build plans, ensuring alignment between hardware availability and cloud growth objectives. Drive operational reviews to monitor plan-versus-actual performance, identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve execution challenges. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align launch schedules, build quantities, and deployment readiness in support of business and customer demand. Apply structured problem-solving and planning methodologies to navigate ambiguity, evaluate tradeoffs, and provide clear execution recommendations. Leverage data analytics, planning systems, and program management frameworks to establish alignment on the plan-of-record and drive informed decision-making across stakeholders. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 3+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 1+ year(s) supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools or related experience OR equivalent experience. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: 5+ years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, manufacturing operations, sourcing, or supply chain management within a technology or high-tech environment is preferred. Experience supporting new product introductions (NPI), product transitions, and end-to-end supply chain execution. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to drive operational decisions. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, planning, manufacturing, procurement, and business stakeholders. Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP, MRP, forecasting, and supply planning systems. Effective communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
