About the Role:
We are looking for a Chemical Engineer (IMM Section) to support and optimize foam manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, process stability, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in process monitoring, material evaluation, continuous improvement, and new product development while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Role Responsibilities:
Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency and quality.
Analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Support the evaluation and qualification of raw materials, additives, and intermediate materials.
Collaborate with QA, Laboratory, Production, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to resolve process and quality issues.
Drive continuous improvement projects focused on yield improvement, scrap reduction, energy efficiency, and process optimization.
Support material trials, process validation, and new product introduction activities.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to enhance process performance.
Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, chemical handling procedures, and process safety standards.
What you'll need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, polymer processing, foam manufacturing, plastics, or related industries.
Strong understanding of manufacturing process control and industrial production environments.
Experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.
Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing standards is preferred.
