About the Role:

We are looking for a Chemical Engineer (IMM Section) to support and optimize foam manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, process stability, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in process monitoring, material evaluation, continuous improvement, and new product development while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards

Role Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control chemical manufacturing processes to ensure product consistency and quality.

  • Analyze process data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions when needed.

  • Support the evaluation and qualification of raw materials, additives, and intermediate materials.

  • Collaborate with QA, Laboratory, Production, Maintenance, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to resolve process and quality issues.

  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on yield improvement, scrap reduction, energy efficiency, and process optimization.

  • Support material trials, process validation, and new product introduction activities.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to enhance process performance.

  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, chemical handling procedures, and process safety standards.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, polymer processing, foam manufacturing, plastics, or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing process control and industrial production environments.

  • Experience in process monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement projects.

  • Knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing standards is preferred.
