Lead Engineer - SailPoint Developer

Job Description: SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer   We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with 6–8 years of experience in IAM to support the development, automation, and integration of identity governance solutions.    Key Responsibilities:   Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning).  Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.  Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.  Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.  Support governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance.  Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.    Required Skills:   Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ development.  Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON.  Experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).  Solid understanding of IAM concepts (RBAC, JML, provisioning, certifications).  SQL knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server).    Preferred:   Exposure to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes.  SailPoint certification is a plus.    Other Requirements:   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
