QA Test Lead

We are seeking a QA Test Lead who can drive quality across the testing lifecycle, establish best practices, and lead testing initiatives with strong ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end QA activities, including planning, execution, reporting, and release sign-off.
  • Own quality outcomes and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Design, execute, and automate API tests.
  • Plan and perform Non-Functional Testing (Performance, Load, Stress, and Scalability).
  • Validate application data using SQL queries and database testing techniques.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts managed through GitHub.
  • Drive testing best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership on testing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, and Business teams to ensure quality delivery.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in API Testing (Manual & Automation).
  • Hands-on experience with Functional and Non-Functional Testing.
  • Strong SQL and database validation skills.
  • Experience managing and executing test automation scripts via GitHub.
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred

  • Experience with Performance Testing tools.
  • ISTQB or relevant QA certifications.
  • Experience in enterprise-scale application testing.
