About this role

Support the planning and execution of best-in-class trade activation programs that bring Diageo's premium brands to life across Australia's on-premise channel.

Working closely with the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Brand Marketing, Sales, Advocacy and external agency partners, you'll coordinate the delivery of customer activations, new product launches, seasonal campaigns and experiential programs that drive visibility, trial and commercial growth.

You'll play a key role in ensuring activations are delivered on time, within budget and to a premium standard, while supporting field teams with the tools and assets needed to execute brilliantly in market.

You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate the delivery of national and customer-specific on-premise activation campaigns.
  • Partner with Commercial, Brand and Advocacy teams to tailor activations for key customers and venue groups.
  • Manage agencies, suppliers and production partners to deliver premium activation assets.
  • Coordinate venue activations, events and experiential marketing programs.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Manage POS production, logistics and distribution.
  • Raise purchase orders, track budgets and support campaign reporting.
  • Track and manage activation performance, ensuring visibility of delivery, execution quality, compliance and ROI, and driving continuous optimisation across activation programs.

The required qualifications for this role are:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field
  • 2–5+ years in FMCG / Sales / Activation / Customer Marketing / Field Sales
  • Experience in activation fulfilment, POS deployment, or execution delivery roles
  • Experience in the on-premise channel, including sales, venue marketing, customer marketing or trade activation.
  • Experience working with agencies or fulfilment partners (e.g. HH Global or equivalent)
  • High attention to detail with strong project management and execution capability
