All clinicians—across speech, occupational, and physical therapy—are expected to incorporate sensory-based techniques into their work with the children we serve. If you don't yet have experience with sensory integration, that's okay: we provide dedicated training and mentorship to help you build these skills and apply them confidently within your discipline.What you’ll doHelp PTs and PTAs prepare therapy spaces and equipment for treatment sessionsSupport therapists during sessions — managing equipment and keeping the environment safeSanitize and organize therapy equipment and treatment areas throughout the dayHelp with patient flow, including walking families to and from treatment areasKeep an eye on inventory and flag when supplies need to be restockedHelp keep the clinic feeling like a place kids actually want to beShow up for team meetings and contribute to the clinic’s culturePitch in on admin and operational support as neededWhy this role at Oaklin LaneA space built for the work.
