Job Description: SAP Datasphere ConsultantExperience: 3+ YearsMust Have: End-to-End Implementation Experience (Mandatory) Role OverviewWe are looking for an SAP Datasphere Consultant with at least 3 years of relevant experience, including at least one full end-to-end implementation project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying data models and integrations within SAP Datasphere to support enterprise reporting and analytics needs. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead/participate in end-to-end SAP Datasphere implementations — from requirement gathering, solution design, and data modeling to deployment and go-live support</li><li>Design and build data layers (source, staging, semantic) within SAP Datasphere</li><li>Develop and manage data models using graphical and SQL-based modeling tools</li><li>Configure data integration/connections with SAP and non-SAP source systems (SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, HANA, third-party sources)</li><li>Implement replication flows, data flows, and transformation flows</li><li>Work on space management, connections, and access control/security within Datasphere</li><li>Collaborate with business and BI teams to translate reporting requirements into data models</li><li>Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or other BI tools for reporting</li><li>Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize data models</li><li>Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer</li></ul> Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of overall experience in SAP data/analytics landscape, with hands-on SAP Datasphere experience</li><li>Mandatory: At least one full end-to-end implementation of SAP Datasphere (not just support/enhancement)</li><li>Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts (dimensional/fact-based modeling)</li><li>Experience with SAP BW/4HANA or SAP HANA modeling is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) integration</li><li>Understanding of data provisioning, replication flows, and transformation flows in Datasphere</li><li>Good understanding of security concepts (space management, row/column-level security)</li><li>Strong communication and client-facing skills</li><li>SAP Datasphere certification is a plus</li></ul> Nice to Have<ul><li>Experience with SAP S/4HANA data extraction</li><li>Exposure to Python/SQL scripting for data transformations</li><li>Prior experience in a consulting/implementation partner environment</li></ul>
