Your Role:

As Senior Director, Global Purchase-to-Pay and Global Business Services Site Lead, you will lead Elanco’s global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) organization and serve as the site leader for our Global Business Services organization in Guadalajara, Mexico. In this role, you will oversee service delivery, compliance, transformation, and stakeholder partnerships across multiple geographic markets while building a strong site culture, employee engagement, and a unified One Elanco mindset. This role is ideal for a visible, people-first leader who can connect strategy with day-to-day operations in a global, fast-moving environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead global Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) operations across purchase order maintenance, invoice processing, payments, and employee expense processing, ensuring performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), governance standards, and audit requirements.
  • In partnership with P2P Global Process Owner, drive end-to-end process improvement, organizational change, and transformation initiatives, including support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, testing, controls, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance.
  • Lead and develop large, cross-country teams while building a high-performing, engaged culture and strengthening the identity of the Global Business Services organization at the Guadalajara site.
  • Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Legal, Compliance, Information Technology (IT), Facilities, Commercial, Manufacturing, and Corporate leaders to resolve issues, influence decisions, and improve business outcomes across regions.
  • Oversee Guadalajara site operations, including local communications, leadership forums, budget and cost center management, workplace services, and local compliance, while serving as the escalation point for significant operational matters.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education level — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in global business services, shared services, or finance operations
  • Experience leading end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) operations, including purchase order maintenance, invoice processing, payments, employee expense processing, compliance controls, and audit readiness
  • Experience leading global, cross-country teams and organizations of 100+ employees within large multinational companies
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change, transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder management across regions and business priorities
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
