Responsibilities:
The primary responsibility of a Busser is to reset and maintain the Premium Ford & Summit Club in a speedy, professional, and effective manner.

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the premium lounge and service areas.
• Clear tables after guests finish. Takes tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing and wash. Transport dishes to premium dish pit at end of night.
• Between settings promptly clean tabletops, chairs and booths. Check floor and clean as required. Reset and arrange tabletop.
• Respond appropriately to guest requests.
• Assist as needed with running food delivery from kitchen or resetting buffet.
• Attend mandatory meetings.
• Perform all assigned side work. Role silverware, restock coolers as needed, fill candy or popcorn bags, run food, refill coolers
• Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
• 60% Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: nights, weekends and holidays during Nuggets or Avalanche games and Mammoth & summer concerts
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalency .
• Must be able to succeed in a fast paced, premium high volume environment.
• Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance standards.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service.
• Willingness and drive to exceed the guest expectations.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
• Must have excellent knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to transport up to 50lbs on a continuous basis.
• Ability to be standing and walking for long periods of majority of shift. Ability to lift heavily laden trays of dirty dishes(30lb) and carry 100 feet. Ability to push/pull carts to 50 pounds. Ability to work in loud, crowded environments. Ability to understand and follow directions and guest requests in English.
• Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain TEAM Coalition Alcohol Management Certificate
