Power Factory- Developer

We are seeking an experienced PowerFactory Developer with expertise in DIgSILENT PowerFactory to design, develop, customize, and support power system analysis solutions for utility and energy clients. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications within the DIgSILENT PowerFactory platform.
• Create and automate power system studies and simulations including:
  • Load Flow Analysis
  • Short Circuit Analysis
  • Dynamic Stability Studies
  • Protection Coordination
  • Contingency Analysis
  • Harmonic Studies
• Develop scripts using Python, DPL (DIgSILENT Programming Language), and PowerFactory APIs.
• Design and implement integrations between PowerFactory and external systems.
• Build automated workflows, reports, and dashboards for engineering and operational teams.
• Support network modelling for transmission, distribution, and renewable energy systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and utility SMEs to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization of developed solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user manuals.
• Participate in Agile development and code review activities.

• Expertise in:

• Experience with PowerFactory APIs and data exchange mechanisms.
