As a SAP - BODS - Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making. This role is pivotal in helping clients optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights to achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Leading data migration projects using SAP BODS and SAP Data Services to support client objectives
- Analyzing legacy data and migration requirements in collaboration with SAP functional and technical consultants
- Designing and implementing data migration solutions, including transformation routines and data validation processes
- Managing the execution of data migrations, utilizing tools such as SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit
- Conducting preload and post-load validation of migration results and advising on data cleansing requirements
- Performing migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and providing post go-live support
- Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to enhance data quality and derive insights
- Creating technical specification documents to guide the development of data services jobs
- Supporting data cleansing activities using Information Steward, Excel, and SQL tools
- Providing advisory services to clients on data management strategies and techniques
- Utilizing Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA as an added advantage
- Collaborating with clients to understand data needs and create visualizations and reports for data-driven decision-making
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BODS and Snaplogic
- Utilizing SAP Data Services for complex data migrations
- Excelling in data quality improvement and validation techniques
- Leading data migration projects with SAP Migration Cockpit
- Managing data integration using IDOCs and BAPIs
- Developing technical specifications for data services jobs
