What a Future Product Manager does at HP:
- Help the product team gain a deep understanding of customer experience & needs.
- Identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
- Develop product roadmaps, document user stories, and define product requirements.
- Partner cross-functionally to ideate, prioritize, and deliver frictionless customer experiences, quick time to market, and optimal resources.
- Develop & execute market research to test new product concepts with the customers.
- Act as an HP Brand Ambassador and reinforce the brand at every step of product journey.
- Managing and maintaining HP’s IPH supply families including analysis of business cases and working with R&D and CO Market teams to deliver the product.
- Tracking and communicating changes in the HP’s portfolio to internal partners to ensure alignment.
Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess:
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in product marketing, product design, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.
