As an Enovia Developer Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Managed Services team, focusing on delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide high-quality services. Your work will involve transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes and tools.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use critical thinking to solve problems, and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Leading delivery teams in transitioning and running services, confirming continuous improvement and performance management
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee service delivery and manage delivery risk
- Developing automation solutions to streamline business processes and improve service quality
- Collaborating with clients to build meaningful relationships and anticipate their needs
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Designing and implementing automation frameworks to support business transformation initiatives
- Engaging stakeholders effectively to align service management strategies with client objectives
- Upholding professional and technical standards in accordance with the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5+ years of experience in Enovia Development
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
