This is a physically demanding job that requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. Crew members directly report to Crew Leaders, Project Supervisor or Construction Project Managers.Core ValuesCulture of Safety – Safety is always job #1A Growing Tradition Plants, Personally, Financially and ProfessionallyEmployee Owned – Personal Pride in Success with an Owners MentalityExceptional Customer Experience – Delighting our Clients with our Products and ServicesGood Neighbors – Community Pride – Sharing our SuccessRespectability – Treating Others as we want to be treatedDuties/Responsibilities Understand and follow Greenery safety protocols and procedures  This role will be performing the following functions:  Preparing job sites by digging, grading, and leveling  Installation of irrigation systems and drainage solutions  Planting and Sodding installations  Installation of hardscape items such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls  Loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from job sites  Operate and maintain tools and small machinery such as skid steers, compactors, and other provided tools and equipment Required to maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment  Support crew leaders and team members in completing projects on time and to Greenery quality standards. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred  Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team  Willingness to learn and take direction Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not requiredEducation and Experience High school graduate or equivalent desired Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with landscape construction tools and equipment is preferred.Physical Requirements Outdoor work environment in varying weather conditions. May require lifting up to 50 lbs and working with tools or machinery. Exposure to machinery, dirt, and dust May require occasional overtime, including weekends May require travel to outside locations and overnight staysThis Job Description is not a complete statement of all duties and responsibilities comprising the position.Job descriptions are not intended and do not create employment contracts.
