Deputy Associate Director of Manufacturing

This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, with in the Associate Director - Manufacturing. As a Deputy Associate Director of Manufacturing, you will be be a key member of the BEP leadership team with responsibility for supporting the manufacturing operations strategy and its execution. As a Deputy Associate Director of Manufacturing, you will: - Provide leadership in the areas of manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, planning, and manufacturing support functions. - Coordinate with alternate facility (DCF or WCF) and implement initiatives including the planning for production processes and acquiring production-related equipment. - Harmonize operating standards and processes with orientation toward consistency at multiple manufacturing facilities to achieve production goals with maximum enterprise-wide efficacies and efficiencies. - Provide high level oversight of production and manufacturing support functions.
