We're filling this role for an innovative wellness company redefining hospitality through a first-of-its-kind social wellness club experience.
The Opportunity
Lead field operations across multiple club locations, driving operational excellence, consistency, profitability, and an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the Founder/CEO, you'll oversee General Managers, coach leaders in the field, and ensure company initiatives are executed with excellence across every location.
This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role. You'll spend significant time in clubs partnering with teams, identifying opportunities for improvement, and translating strategy into consistent execution and measurable business results.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop General Managers across multiple locations.
Drive operational consistency, accountability, and execution across all clubs.
Improve revenue, profitability, membership growth, retention, and overall business performance.
Monitor KPIs and four-wall economics to identify opportunities and drive results.
Standardize operating procedures, training, and best practices across locations.
Partner cross-functionally to successfully execute company initiatives.
Champion an elevated guest experience while fostering a high-performing team culture.
Travel regularly between club locations to support leaders and operations.
Who You Are
7+ years of multi-unit operations leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, retail, restaurants, hotels, private clubs, or another high-touch service environment.
Proven experience leading General Managers or senior operators across multiple locations.
Strong business acumen with experience managing P&Ls, labor, KPIs, and operational performance.
A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, building accountability, and improving execution.
Experience creating consistency across multiple locations through strong operational processes and leadership.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Based in New York City, with regular travel required.
