As a SAP - ABAP - Manager, you will specialize in utilizing and managing SAP software and solutions within our organization, focusing on installation, configuration, administration, development, and support of SAP products and technologies. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of SAP software solutions to optimize client operations
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored SAP solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Overseeing the installation, configuration, and administration of SAP products and technologies
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of SAP-based business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) to enhance system functionality and performance
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams to deliver quality outcomes
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Collaborating with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables in client projects
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials
