Calendar Management & Meeting Logistics: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, resolve conflicts, and support decision-making. Project Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end, drive accountability, manage risks, improve processes, and ensure successful outcomes. Resource & Budget Management: Track budgets and expenses, ensure compliance, manage equipment and supplies, and support financial planning. Space Management & Planning: Maintain workspace assignments, coordinate office planning, manage space utilization, and resolve space-related issues. Team Management Support: Support recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, headcount tracking, and employee experience initiatives. Event Coordination & Logistics: Plan and execute events, manage logistics and stakeholders, monitor outcomes, and apply lessons learned. Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, create itineraries, ensure policy compliance, and provide travel support and issue resolution. 5+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others. 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
