As an Oracle EPM Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional client support within our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management practice. You will be at the forefront of helping clients optimize their financial planning and analysis processes using Oracle EPM solutions. As a Manager, you will guide and develop teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams. You will leverage your strategic planning skills and mentor junior staff to deliver quality outcomes. Your role will involve analyzing complex problems, developing high-quality deliverables, and fostering meaningful client relationships.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. Your leadership will be instrumental in motivating and inspiring your team to meet client expectations and uphold PwC’s quality standards. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and management of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management solutions for clients
- Conducting business process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Developing and maintaining business rules and financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Overseeing the creation and management of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) to enhance data-driven insights and reporting
- Providing coaching and feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
- Managing client relationships and expectations to deliver successful project outcomes
- Conducting performance assessments and generating performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Facilitating enterprise integration and organizational restructuring to enhance operational performance
- Applying financial accounting and advising skills to support profitability management and cost control initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in financial forecasting and planning
- Excelling in business process analysis and optimization
- Managing performance assessment and reporting effectively
- Embracing change and innovation in financial systems
