Job Description
In this role, the primary responsibilities would entail project management, driving internal strategic initiatives, assisting CCO in prepping for Board meetings, etc.
Responsibilities
· Board & Executive Committee Support: Draft, edit, and finalize decks and presentations for board meetings and executive sessions.
· Project Management: Assist in driving key projects for the CCO and staff, ensuring next steps and accountability. These projects are based on any current regulatory inquiry, any audits that are going on internally, or third-party audits, internal strategic initiatives, internal documentation, etc.
· Task Tracking: Monitor leadership team deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups to maintain accountability.
· Meeting Preparation: Gather materials, brief the CCO, and anticipate needs for critical discussions.
· Organization & Workflow: Maintain systems for tracking priorities, projects, and compliance initiatives.
· Communication Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
· Calendar Management: Coordinate and prioritize the CCO’s schedule, ensuring awareness of upcoming meetings and preparation needs for both the CCO and his direct staff.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and project management tools. Advanced PowerPoint skills (top-tier level) expected, with development supported over the first year.Professionalism: High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment in handling confidential information.Organization: Strong ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage competing deadlines.Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
