Northrop Grumman (Mission Systems Sector) is actively recruiting a Information Operations & Signature Management Requirements Specialist team member in support of an existing long-term Government Program Office to work in Washington D.C. We're looking for a highly motivated, team-oriented, individual with the ability to communicate/coordinate highly technical analysis directly with the customer and distributed team members. Function: * Performs as a Information Operations Planner, focused on signature management and acquisition. * Assesses, analyzes, and documents information operations (IO) signature management (SIGMAN) systems requirements through the conduct of studies and analyses of Major Command (MAJCOM) and Combatant Command (CCMD) documented shortfalls in IO. * Interviews MAJCOM and CCMD staff and provides an assessment of IO shortfalls. * Assist the Air Force Staff in determining trade space for new capabilities to meet DoW-wide IO/OPSEC/deception requirements. Essential Duties: * Conduct studies and analysis on operational utility, technical feasibility, investment value, and intelligence availability, as well as rapid weaponization and integration of classified capabilities, evaluating system and operation capabilities/trends and addressing operational needs and capability shortfalls related to fielding needed capability for the DoW. * Provide input to the full range of Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) products such as Capability Based Assessments (CBA), Initial Capability Documents (ICD), Capability Development Documents (CDD), Capability Production Documents (CPD), and other related documents and processes to include Enabling Concepts of Employment, Analyses of Alternatives (AoA), and other requirements test and evaluation documents that may support acquisition decisions as required. This position can be filled a the Principal or Sr. Principal level. Basic Qualifications for Principal Level: * Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 3 years of experience or a PhD and 1 year of experience * Direct experience supporting DoW requirements management and the acquisition processes * Direct experience supporting senior staff and DoW * US Citizenship is required * Active Top Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access. Basic Qualifications Sr. Principal Level: * Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree and 6 years of experience or a PhD and 4 years of experience * Direct experience supporting DoW requirements management and the acquisition processes * Direct experience supporting senior staff and DoW * US Citizenship is required * Active Top Secret Clearance required with the ability to obtain SCI access.
