Experience scripting in SQL or Python. Preferred qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP). Experience working with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) or managing remote test fleets in high-volume manufacturing environments. Experience in Python and SQL for building automated data pipelines, tool deployment scripts, or system monitoring dashboards. Experience in automating manual engineering workflows (e.g., automated Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (R&R), one-click Software deployment) to drive operational scalability. Experience mentoring engineers and influencing cross-functional partners to align on test strategies. Ability to lead complex technical projects with high ambiguity and shifting priorities. About the jobAs a Test Engineer focused on MicroLED Display Manufacturing, you will be responsible for the qualification, deployment, and ongoing support of microLED and display panel test systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate new testing capabilities and provide critical data for both engineering and production.
