Activities that are conducted to better understand or ultimately meet the expectations of the customer. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Strictly apply EHS policy for field operations with Zero Deviations.
- During the internship program we will provide assignments, projects & tasks that are related to your major where you can develop technical and leadership skills.
- Partner with Technical Field Service Leader providing the customer with on-site and off-site technical assistance, promoting overall customer satisfaction, and providing Engineering and Product Quality feedback.
- Provide support for all Grid Automation Field Engineering & Technical Support activities considering the quality/Cost/ time delivery criteria.
- Explore new areas of development with the Field Service team to come up with new growth initiatives and test their feasibility and worthiness for a proper launch.
- Testing and Commissioning of Protection & SAS system.
- Support Automation Project and facilitate on-time technical decisions to meet project deliverables and customer technical specifications.
- Update existing and create new test procedures and build applicable testing systems and commissioning based on requirements and applicable standards.
- Verify and validate new tests, commission and test systems as well as solutions.
- Ability to provide direct customer support both prior to and after commissioning to model or reproduce and troubleshoot unique configurations and applications during warranty.
- Participate in customer site commissioning and other site activities during the project lifetime.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, or/ and Computer Science or a related field from an accredited university or college
- Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experience.
- Ability and availability to travel across sites both Domestic and International.
- Fluency in English and in Arabic language
The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.
Desired Characteristics
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in project engineering or electrical engineering with multifunctional teams in a global environment
- Strongly prefer candidates with electronics education

- Experience with Substation Automation or similar systems are seeing as benefit
