Your New Role...
CNN International is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the execution and delivery of cross-platform advertising campaigns across its international commercial platforms. This role plays an important part in ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and successfully from booking through to reporting.
The Sales Assistant will provide support to Sales Planners, Managers, and Directors within the CNN International Commercial sales team, helping to ensure smooth campaign delivery and effective account administration.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Coordinate and book cross-platform campaigns, ensuring timely activation and accurate scheduling.
• Monitor campaign delivery, proactively identifying and resolving issues such as missing creative assets or sponsorship scheduling.
• Track revenue and campaign status to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare pre-, mid-, and post-campaign reports providing clear performance insights.
• Support new business setup, including processing contracts and invoices.
• Maintain organised and up-to-date records of bookings, creative assets, client deliverables, and payment statuses.
• Provide ongoing administrative account support to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.
Qualifications & Experience...
• Previous experience in a similar account support or campaign coordination role, with exposure to managing bookings, deliverables, and reporting.
• Confidence in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders, combined with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to track performance data and produce clear campaign reports.
• Interest in media, current affairs, and working in an international environment, with a motivated and positive approach to learning and progression.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
