You will work to continue launching TTS within various Latam communities in Mexico & Central America, and build a comprehensive, community-oriented growth strategy. While performance marketing is managed centrally, you will lead our local expansion by identifying exactly who our audience follows and trusts. You will conduct deep customer research to understand the emotional side of sending money home; execute high-impact partnerships; and drive boots-on-the-ground awareness to win against our real competition: the in-person remittance counters at Latino supermarkets.Reporting to our Regional Manager, Latam, you’ll combine great sales and marketing prowess with a data-driven test-and-learn mindset. You’ll be a creative thinker who is always looking for ways to hack growthThe role offers the chance to join a high growth startup and to have a positive impact on the communities we serve. We are looking for a candidate with an immigrant background or a deep, lived understanding of remittance culture.
