The Brief

As an IT Support Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly by providing technical assistance to internal teams. You'll gain hands-on experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, system administration, and cybersecurity while working alongside experienced professionals. Challenges You'll Tackle

• Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and system issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.

• Manage device deployments, software installations, user accounts, security configurations, and IT asset lifecycle while ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Support network infrastructure, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls, backup systems, and monitoring tools to maintain secure and reliable operations.

• Improve IT efficiency by maintaining documentation, automating repetitive tasks through scripting, and contributing to continuous process improvements.


What Do You Need to Succeed?

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.

• Passionate about technology, IT infrastructure, and solving technical problems.

• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with macOS and Linux is an advantage.

• Understanding of computer hardware, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and operating systems.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively both independently and within a team.

• Eager to learn new technologies, automation tools, and IT best practices with a proactive growth mindset.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain

technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.

• A customer-first attitude with a willingness to provide reliable and professional
