The Position

Are you an agile team player who loves to keep operations running smoothly while looking for ways to optimize them? We are looking for a forward-thinking Learning and Business Operations Specialist to reinforce and support our existing team.

In this role, you will step into an established environment to support our daily business, manage critical workflows, and help us maintain a high-quality learning landscape. Key Responsibilities

Learning Operations and Management

  • End-to-End Training Management: Assist the team in organizing and coordinating for both local and global product and non-product trainings with a strategic eye on business impact. Act as a key problem-solver and communicate efficiently with all involved stakeholders.

  • GCS Training Management: Assist the team in managing all coordination and governance for the global GCS training matrices in the Training Solution Tool. Act as a reliable point of contact for GCS leaders and learners, helping maintain compliance.

  • LMS & Tool Landscape Management: Take over and support the maintenance of our learning catalog and the broader tool landscape, ensuring everything remains accurate and up-to-date.

  • Global Compliance: Apply a broad understanding of global learning processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines to support daily team operations.

Content and Data Operations

  • Workflow Management (DiaDoc): Set up and manage timely signature workflows for regulatory-relevant documents within our electronic Document Management System (eDMS) according to required specifications

  • Quality & Review: Review and modify documents with high accuracy, ensuring top-tier quality for all metadata entries in the eDMS.

  • Subject Matter Expert: Act as the primary point of contact for all eDMS-related inquiries, serving as a trusted partner and advisor for the entire GCS organization

  • Order & Ticket Management (Rexis): Create and process Change Orders and Work Orders within our IT system Rexis.

  • Modification Tracking: Issue work orders based on modification labels and take ownership of monitoring everything within the Modification Fulfillment Report.

Your Mindset:

Your Experience & Education:

  • High school diploma / intermediate school diploma combined with completed commercial vocational training (or equivalent qualification).

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in training coordination, learning operations or data management

  • Proven technical proficiency in Cornerstone (LMS) and managing interconnected learning tools.

  • Practical experience (or strong adaptability) in workflow tools and IT ticketing systems (experience with DiaDoc or Rexis is a strong plus).
