Our focus is on developing server-class high performance solutions that are highly optimized for the needs of the server product.We are seeking a highly experienced Server Product Architect to join our team. If you possess a deep understanding of CPU Server architecture and have a passion for architecting and designing complex, high performance and low power designs at advanced process nodes, we would be pleased to hear from you. This critical role involves defining the architecture of a Server SoC that meets critical KPIs for the customers.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of CPU and SoC architecture for datacenter and enterprise markets, including experience in Chiplet architecture, CPU architecture, Coherency management, Memory system, Power management, RAS, Security, Debug and Test architecture. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for excelling in this position.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 15 years of experience in semiconductor product development (Ex: System design, SoC architecture, HW design and validation, Silicon test, SW development).Over 15 years of experience in architecture of CPU and/or SoCs, and at least 7 years of experience with a high-performance server chipStrong expertise in multiple architecture domains of a server SoCExperience in making PPA, cost, feature and schedule trade-offs to define product architectureStrong fundamentals in digital ASIC design and power of CMOS circuitsStrong technical documentation skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Deep understanding of CPU architecture and the KPIs for leadership server productsExperience in commercializing server products with proven ability to influence next-generation architecturesExperience in architecting products using chiplets and various package integration technologies.Strong expertise across multiple SoC architecture domains like coherency management, memory system, IO architecture, Power management and SecurityExperience with RAS, Debug and Test architecture for datacenter productsExperience with ARM architecture including server architectures is a plusProven track record in delivering hyperscale data center solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with chip and platform architects to define and develop Product and SoC architectureDevelop server roadmap and feature set across one or more architecture domainsAnalytical modeling of key server KPIs for performance, power, area, cost, RAS, etc.Create detailed architecture specification documentsMust have good communication skills and able to work in dynamic environment with top level engineers and technologists
