As a Senior Associate in MX Thought Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating internal and external communications, public relations, and corporate reputation within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will focus on developing strategies to effectively communicate the organization's mission, values, and initiatives to various stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, media, and the general public. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful connections, learn how to manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your professional skills.
In this role at PwC, you will be responsible for fostering clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage, and align employees with the organization's goals and values. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and generate new ideas. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing communication strategies to align internal stakeholders with organizational goals and values
- Managed editorial content and ensured alignment with the firm’s communication and branding standards for both internal and external audiences
-Develop content focused on sustainability regulations, sustainability frameworks, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) topics
Create content for the Assurance practice website to communicate and explain the firm’s processes, services, and methodologies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform communication strategies and recommendations
- Crafting and delivering impactful content for various communication platforms, including speech writing and copywriting
- Collaborating with teams to conduct change impact analysis and support change management efforts
- Engaging in stakeholder communications to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external parties
- Applying project management skills to oversee communication projects and initiatives
- Embracing change and adapting communication strategies to meet evolving organizational needs
- Providing coaching and training to enhance communication skills within the organization
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all communication efforts
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent degree
- At least 3 years of experience in roles involving internal and external corporate communications or PwC experience
- Oral and written (mainly) proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Journalism, Communications Studies/Speech Communication and Rhetoric
