This associate role is designed to support and grow alongside the senior Client Engagement Manager, taking on end-to-end ownership of select accounts and transactions over time.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p><p>The Associate Client Engagement Manager (Associate BDM) works in close partnership with the senior BDM to support Celebal's commercial and client engagement activities across the GCC region — primarily Saudi Arabia and the UAE. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a driven professional who is eager to develop into a full BDM over time.</p><p>The Associate BDM assists in the management of the sales pipeline, proposal preparation, client follow-ups, contract coordination, and internal stakeholder alignment. The role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements with attention to detail.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>1. Sales Support & Pipeline Management</p><p>• Assist the senior BDM in managing and progressing the GCC opportunity pipeline — from lead qualification to proposal submission and follow-up.</p><p>• Support RFP/RFI responses: gather client requirements, coordinate questionnaires, and help compile and format proposals in line with client specifications.</p><p>• Track deal status, update CRM records, and prepare pipeline reports and status summaries for internal review.</p><p>• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, technical presentations, and demos; prepare meeting decks and follow-up notes/MOMs.</p><p>• Monitor deal registration and co-sell workflows with Microsoft and other partners (Crayon, etc.) under guidance of the senior BDM.</p><p>2. Client Engagement & Account Support</p><p>• Act as a secondary point of contact for key accounts, supporting day-to-day client communication and relationship maintenance.</p><p>• Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials: proposals, BoQ summaries, project updates, and executive briefings.</p><p>• Track project milestone status, coordinate with delivery teams to confirm progress, and assist in triggering milestone-linked commercial actions (invoices, approvals).</p><p>• Support invoice follow-ups and payment tracking; escalate outstanding dues to the senior BDM or finance team in a timely manner.</p><p>• Maintain organized documentation of all engagements, contracts (MSA, SOW, CRs), and correspondence in shared repositories.</p><p>3. Proposal & Quotation Coordination</p><p>• Coordinate with pre-sales, delivery, and practice leads to gather inputs for proposals and cost estimates.</p><p>• Assist in drafting and formatting quotations, SoW summaries, and Change Request documentation.</p><p>• Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and capability decks for the GCC region.</p><p>4. Internal Coordination</p><p>• Liaise with delivery, legal, finance, and HR teams as directed by the senior BDM to support onboarding new engagements and resolving commercial issues.</p><p>• Prepare internal briefing notes, commercial summaries, and escalation memos for legal or finance review.</p><p>• Support smooth handover of accounts when required, ensuring all context and documentation is captured and transferred.</p><p>• Contribute to WBS updates, revenue forecasting inputs, and weekly/monthly business review preparation.</p><p>Qualifications & Experience</p><p>Essential</p><p>• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales support, client engagement, pre-sales, or account management in the IT/technology services sector.</p><p>• Prior exposure to or interest in the GCC market; UAE or KSA experience strongly preferred.</p><p>• Experience supporting RFP/proposal processes and coordinating with multiple internal teams.</p><p>• Familiarity with contract structures such as MSAs, SOWs, and Change Requests is an advantage.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.</p><p>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).</p><p>Preferred</p><p>• Exposure to Microsoft partner ecosystem — co-sell motions, deal registration, Azure, or Copilot-related conversations.</p><p>• Prior experience at a technology services, SaaS, or consulting firm serving enterprise clients.</p><p>• Familiarity with solution areas such as Data & Analytics, AI/GenAI, Azure Cloud, or DevOps.</p><p>• Experience supporting or managing client accounts in logistics, government, FMCG, or financial services.</p><p>• Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.</p><p>Competencies & Skills</p><p>• Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English; able to draft client-facing correspondence with minimal supervision.</p><p>• Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously; strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-through.</p><p>• Commercial Awareness: Basic understanding of enterprise deal structures, pricing models, and revenue tracking.</p><p>• Stakeholder Coordination: Comfortable working across internal teams (pre-sales, delivery, legal, finance) and with external clients.</p><p>• Proactiveness: Takes initiative to follow up, flag risks, and escalate issues before they become problems.</p><p>• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.</p><p>• Team Player: Works collaboratively with the senior BDM and broader sales team; eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility over time.</p><p><strong>Career Path</strong></p><p>This role is designed as a structured stepping stone into a full Client Engagement Manager position.
