Maintenance Supervisor | Highmark Stadium

THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing onsite maintenance, conducting preventative maintenance, and maintaining government and company regulations. If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS   

• Perform onsite diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of restaurant and warehouse equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency. 

• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and routine servicing of machinery to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan. 

• Support and maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations by identifying hazards, implementing corrective actions, and adhering to company safety standards. 

• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations. 

• Practice safe work habits and complete company and venue safety and general compliance training.  

• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.  

• Other duties as assigned by management.  

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing programs 

• Must have sufficient mobility to perform tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time 

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus 

• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium events 

• Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs 

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while navigating ramps, stairs and elevator 

COMPENSATION  

Competitive hourly range of $21 to $24, commensurate with experience, and a generous benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
