Bárbara Moreira As an Engineer SoC Flow and Methodology IGP, you will contribute to empowering the SoC Implementation community and enhance their effectiveness and efficiency. You will also analyze technical problems and drive issue resolution with various colleagues from other departments, while having the chance to foster technical alignment and agreement on future solutions within the global SoC implementation community. Your program consists of the following elements: Work across the key areas of SoC R&D, gaining exposure to advanced RTL2GDS implementations, future flow and methodology development and much more Embark on an international assignment of 4-8 months at our sites in Asia and Europe Benefit from tailored training sessions and individual mentoring to accelerate your professional growth Take ownership of impactful projects that focus on implementing digital solutions to optimize manufacturing processes and integrate external partners Improve and develop concepts and methodologies to increase the quality and efficiency Support strategic decision making and the roadmap process for the SoC implementation ecosystem
