This role plays a critical part in building enterprise platforms that support customer-facing applications, CRM integrations, onboarding workflows, and operational systems. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, resilient, and modern cloud-based solutions aligned with enterprise standards.Key Responsibilities: -Backend DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end applications using Java-based backend and modern front-end frameworksBuild scalable microservices and APIs using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks)Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standardsBackend & Microservices EngineeringDevelop RESTful/GQL APIs and backend services to support customer, product, and operational workflowsDesign and implement microservices architectures with strong focus on scalability and resilienceImplement asynchronous and event-driven patterns where appropriateIntegration & System ConnectivityBuild integrations with enterprise platforms including event streaming (Kafka), and legacy systemsEnsure data consistency and reliability across distributed systemsSupport real-time, batch, and API-based integration patternsRelational DB connectivityDevOps, CI/CD & Release ManagementParticipate in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, or similarSupport automated testing, build, and deployment processesEnsure production readiness and smooth release cyclesContribute to environment management and deployment automationProduction Support & ReliabilityProviding L3 support for production applications and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack (UI, APIs, integrations, infrastructure)Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventative measuresEnsure high availability, performance, and scalability of applicationsSecurity & ComplianceDevelop secure code aligned with enterprise and regulatory standardsImplement authentication, authorization, and secure data handling practicesSupport compliance requirements in financial services or regulated environmentsCollaboration & Agile DeliveryWork closely with product owners, designers, and engineering teams in Agile environmentsParticipate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectivesTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsContinuous Improvement & InnovationDrive improvements in system performance, scalability, and code qualityContribute to modernization initiatives (monoliths to microservices, cloud adoption)Explore and adopt new technologies to improve engineering efficiency and deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience relevant experience as Java backend engineer.Java, Spring Boot (or similar frameworks)RESTful API developmentMicroservices architectureSQL and/or NoSQL databasesGit-based source controlPreferred QualificationsKafka or event-driven architecturesCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Containerization (Docker,...
