Career Summary: 


The American Nurses Enterprise (ANE) is seeking to hire a Strategic Communications and Marketing Specialist, AI Programs. 


The American Nurses Enterprise is looking for a data-driven communications and marketing professional to help nurses discover and benefit from our AI and digital-health programs. In this role, you'll plan, execute, and optimize the campaigns that bring these programs to the right audiences; and you'll use modern marketing technology, including AI tools, to do it efficiently. You'll own campaigns end-to-end across strategic communications, content, SEO, marketing automation, and paid media, managing everything from content creation and audience targeting, to distribution, performance, and reporting. It's a broad, hands-on role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, and who's excited to help shape how a mission-driven organization reaches the nursing community.

The position is grant-funded for 3 years and reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing within the Communications and Strategic Engagement Team, with a dotted-line relationship to the Vice President, AI and Digital Health Programs.

What You Will Do:

 

Strategy & Campaigns

  • Develop and manage communications and marketing strategies and plans for the program, ensuring defined KPIs are met.
  • Devise and run campaigns across paid, owned, and shared channels, including social media, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop and execute personalized content journeys, and continuously A/B test subject lines, messaging, and CTAs to improve performance.
  • Optimize audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative to maximize ROI.
  • Oversee influencer partnerships that extend program reach and credibility.
  • Identify and recommend AI tools and innovations that improve campaign efficiency and ROI.


Project Management & Execution

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, keeping every moving part aligned with goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors to keep work moving smoothly.
  • Use project management tools (Workfront, Smartsheet, or similar) to track deliverables, milestones, and reporting.
  • Monitor performance through analytics dashboards, and produce reports with clear insights, learnings, and recommendations

 

What you bring to the American Nurses Enterprise:


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Strategic Marketing.

Related Work Experience

  • Five (5) or more years in digital marketing, spanning SEO, content strategy, paid media, and marketing automation.

Required Skills:

  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz), CRM/email platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and paid media (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders, with a track record of keeping work efficient and on time.
  • Practical experience using AI tools in a marketing or communications workflow.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, juggling multiple priorities.
  • An optimistic, flexible, solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills: 

  • Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or membership/association settings.
  • College degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications or Strategic Marketing

Work Schedule:
