YOUR ROLE

Support and maintain Core CS and IMS platforms, ensuring service availability, stability and performance.

Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on voice, signalling and subscriber management services.

Support software upgrades, network changes and maintenance activities.

Participate in the implementation, validation and acceptance of new functionalities and platforms.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and engineering guidelines.

Coordinate activities with Operations teams, vendors and engineering teams.

Support the resolution of complex technical incidents and recurring issues.

Contribute to network evolution, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

Degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or a related field.

Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering, support or operations.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate in Spanish and English within a technical environment.

Core Network Platforms: HLR; HSS / HSS-FE; CUDB; UDM; UDR; AuC; EIR; DNS

IMS & Voice Core: CSCF; MTAS; MGW;; MGC; MRF; Media Server

Signaling & Interconnect: SS7; SIGTRAN; Diameter; SIP; SBC; STP

Vendors: Experience with Ericsson and/or Huawei Core Network platforms.
