We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our BNY Wealth team. This role is located in San Francisco.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leader, helping manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality
- Manage complex scheduling, coordination, and prioritization across meetings, deliverables, and business needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Build strong working relationships and serve as a key point of coordination across teams and partners
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of work
- Use technology and business tools effectively to support executive operations and team efficiency
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help create a seamless experience for the executive leader you support

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Applicable vocational training or coursework related to business software, administrative support, or business communication preferred
- Associate degree or relevant business certifications preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Comfort working with business technology, including Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, stay ahead of needs, and support senior leaders effectively

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Applicable vocational training (e.g., courses on relevant business software like the Microsoft Office Suite of product, basic business writing, or similar) preferred; AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred.
- 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in lieu of some experience may be considered.
