We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our BNY Wealth team. This role is located in San Francisco.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, polished, and proactive professional to support a senior executive leader in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The role offers visibility across the organization and the chance to serve as a trusted partner, helping drive efficiency, organization, and seamless day-to-day executive operations.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive leader, helping manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality
  • Manage complex scheduling, coordination, and prioritization across meetings, deliverables, and business needs
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Build strong working relationships and serve as a key point of coordination across teams and partners
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in all aspects of work
  • Use technology and business tools effectively to support executive operations and team efficiency
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and help create a seamless experience for the executive leader you support
  • Exhibit professionalism, executive presence, composure, and adaptability in a high-visibility role

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • High school/secondary school education or an equivalent combination of education and experience required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Applicable vocational training or coursework related to business software, administrative support, or business communication preferred
  • Associate degree or relevant business certifications preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
  • Comfort working with business technology, including Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, stay ahead of needs, and support senior leaders effectively

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; bachelor's degree preferred. 
  • Applicable vocational training (e.g., courses on relevant business software like the Microsoft Office Suite of product, basic business writing, or similar) preferred; AA degree or relevant business certifications preferred.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in lieu of some experience may be considered.
