Major Duties
Serve as a subject matter expert for account opening processes, providing guidance and support to partners on onboarding requirements, documentation standards, and procedural queries.
Deliver training and coaching to partners on account opening policies, procedures, controls, and best practices to drive consistency and operational excellence.
Perform quality control reviews of account opening packages to ensure completeness, accuracy, adherence to policy requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with Managers, Team Lead, and Technical Coordinator (TC) to deliver key strategic initiatives, operational changes, process improvements, and priority projects across the group.
Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and implementation activities for key projects, ensuring successful delivery and adoption of new processes and technology solutions.
Support management in the execution of departmental goals, transformation efforts, and continuous improvement strategies.
Support internal and external audits related to account opening by gathering evidence, responding to audit inquiries, and assisting with remediation activities.
Demonstrate capability and willingness to assume additional responsibilities, support cross-functional initiatives, and adapt to evolving business needs.
Independently identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and technical expertise through Northern Trust University (NTU) training, partner engagement, industry knowledge, and continuous learning.
Demonstrate strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and sound judgment to anticipate business needs and contribute to management decision-making processes.

Expereience:
A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required
At least 5 years of related industry experience in Banking
Experience in Account Opening are is preferred
