Transaction Monitoring Specialist

Description

We are looking for a compliance investigator with an analytical mindset, who likes to dig into details and is ready to go the extra mile in order to prevent fraudulent activities and mitigate financial losses.

What you'll do

• Conduct manual case by case investigations in order to surface illegitimate and non compliant transactions as well as high risk activities (90% of workload) 
• Work with high-impact and brand safety related issues in a responsible way by tailoring your approach to different scenarios
• Summarize findings from your investigations into trends and meaningful, timely actionable items and recommendations
• Gather knowledge about all kinds of fraud happening during Uber rides & eats orders and the methods the company is using to tackle them. Share finding with teams and relevant invested parties
• Work cross functionally within the Krakow office, with regional coordinators in EMEA

What you'll need

• Experience in analytical and/or data-driven fraud/compliance investigation
• Extreme attention to detail and willingness to dig into the rabbit hole to understand the situation when standard methods and procedures do not produce results
• Advanced written and spoken English
• Very good written communication skills
• SQL knowledge is a plus, but not required
