负责SMT、PCBA生产相关工装夹具的设计与开发，包括但不限于：- SMT PCB回流焊治具（Carrier）
- PCBA分板夹具
- 功能测试夹具（Functional Test Fixture）
- ICT/FCT测试工装
- 测量检具及定位工装
- 自动化辅助工装
- 铝合金、不锈钢、工具钢等金属材料应用
- 热处理工艺
- 表面处理工艺（阳极氧化、电镀、喷砂等）
- CNC加工工艺优化
任职要求
教育背景
本科及以上学历； 机械设计制造及其自动化、机械工程、机械制造等相关专业。工作经验
5年以上机械设计经验； 具有电子制造行业工装夹具设计经验优先； 具有SMT、PCBA行业经验者优先。专业技能
机械设计能力
熟练掌握机械结构设计原理； 具有丰富的工装夹具设计经验； 熟悉公差分析、GD&T及机械制图标准； 能独立完成项目方案设计到量产导入全过程。材料与工艺能力（重点要求）
熟悉常用金属材料特性及选型原则； 熟悉机械加工制造工艺，包括：- CNC铣削
- CNC车削
- 磨削加工
- EDM放电加工
- 线切割
软件能力
熟练使用以下一种或多种设计软件：- SolidWorks
- Creo（Pro/E）
- Inventor
- AutoCAD
语言能力
具备良好的英文读写能力； 能阅读英文技术资料、图纸及规范要求； 能进行基本英文技术沟通。加分项
熟悉回流焊工艺流程； 熟悉自动化设备夹具设计； 具备DFMEA经验； 熟悉MES、PLM系统； 有EMS行业工作经验。Job Category
