This role requires a proactive and analytical professional to support business operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who can drive process improvements, analyze data to inform business decisions, and support cross-functional teams. This role will be crucial in ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency across various departments, including product, engineering, and finance, while supporting the company's core services.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability across the organization.
- Support strategic planning and decision-making by conducting research and providing data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, project timelines, and deliverables.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and new initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a business operations, strategy, or analyst role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Google Sheets).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management software and business intelligence tools is a plus.
