This role is responsible for the tracking, documentation, and coordination of samples to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely availability for testing.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and track GMP samples within virtual systems across multiple laboratories and stakeholdersVerify and confirm sample delivery and placement across designated storage locations and freezersMaintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with established procedures and GMP standardsUtilize computerized systems and databases to enter, track, and manage sample dataGenerate and maintain documentation using tools such as Microsoft ExcelFollow SOPs independently while ensuring all activities are properly recordedCollaborate effectively with team members, including peers and senior scientists, in a cross-functional environmentQualificationsMinimum Qualifications: High School Diploma with 0–3 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 0 years of experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and complianceAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipPreferred QualificationsExperience in a laboratory, GMP, or manufacturing environmentBasic understanding of GMP principles and documentation practicesFamiliarity with sample tracking systems or laboratory databasesAdditional InformationThe position is Full Time, Wednesday through Saturday, 12pm-10pm, with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, are encouraged to apply.What we offer:Excellent full-time benefits, including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision optionsLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysYearly goal-based bonus & eligibility for merit-based increasesHourly rate is between $23.00 $26.00, depending on education and experienceEurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer.By clicking the link above or any third-party link within this posting, you are leaving this site and going to a...
