Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
  • Develop cloud-native applications and services deployed on AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases for application development and optimization.
  • Implement containerization using Docker and related technologies.
  • Follow Agile development methodologies and participate in sprint planning and execution.
  • Maintain code quality through version control, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across application components.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
Hands-on experience in Kafka​
Hands-on experience in REST API development.
Good understanding of Microservices architecture.
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
Exposure to AWS Cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with MongoDB, Redis, or other NoSQL databases.
Exposure to Application Servers, Message Brokers, and Caching technologies.
Experience developing cloud-based SaaS products.
Knowledge of healthcare technology platforms is an added advantage.
