Overview

We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and lead the planning, execution, optimisation and reporting of multi-channel paid media campaigns for a leading international brand.

This role requires a strategic and performance-driven professional with hands-on experience across paid search, paid social and programmatic channels. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking, strong business acumen and a passion for delivering measurable results.

You will work closely with internal specialists, client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop integrated media strategies aligned with business objectives.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies across Search, Social and Display platforms.
  • Manage, optimise and monitor campaign performance to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Analyse campaign data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Conduct audience analysis, segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecasting and pacing.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, SEO, Content, Creative and Data teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
  • Identify testing opportunities and implement optimisation roadmaps.
  • Present campaign performance, insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Performance or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large-scale paid media budgets.
  • Knowledge of:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads Manager
    • LinkedIn Ads (preferred)
    • DV360 or other programmatic platforms (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and performance measurement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English (preferred)
