As Accounting Supervisor, you will take ownership of the accounting and financial reporting responsibilities, as well as payroll and benefits administration of ATBS by aiding and reporting to the Controller. You will prepare financial statements, monitor accounts payable and receivable, prepare payroll processing, and assist in budgeting. In this role, you will also assist in the design and implementation of processes to improve efficiency and protect company assets. You will manage, coach, and inspire employees while ensuring that accounting processes used within the company meet state and federal regulations.

About the Opportunity:
- Diligently prepare internal financial reports, including financial statements regarding balance sheets, statements of income, and statements of cash flow
- Effectively supervise accounts receivable and payable by reviewing invoices, account reconciliations, and supervising collections, ensuring that ATBS is paid in a timely manner by customers and that vendors are paid appropriately
- Accurately process bi-weekly payroll
- Accurately maintain benefit plans, including updating personnel records in accordance with applicable regulations
- Enthusiastically inspire, coach, mentor, and instruct employees to achieve their maximum potential
- Coordinate with the Controller to generate financial reports and prepare an annual budget for the company while also assisting with the external audit processes
- Assist in implementations of new systems and in modifying existing processes to be more efficient

- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience
