Staff / Senior Staff Engineer - Product Engineer

Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Full ownership of characterization (Char) deliverables from design phase to production , including post‑silicon debug and ICW product characterization Collaborate with Design and Test engineers to drive correlation between ATE results and simulation environments Develop and maintain ATE characterization programs for Char requests , working closely with Test, Design, and Foundry engineers across sites Own and drive productivity targets : yield , test coverage , and test time Lead data analysis for characterization, qualification, and early production , including reporting , and improve data analysis capabilities by consolidating data sources and enabling automation Drive execution at test/assembly sites (including subcons ) and act as the technical lead for product engineering activities Ensure manufacturability and production ramp-up of Silicon Microphone products through yield/fail pareto/test coverage analysis , root-cause analysis of deviations ( quality/performance/cost ), and rapid test yield bring-up Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Minimum 3-5+ years of product engineering experience with digital, Mixed Signal, or RF/SOC semiconductor devices, with RF experience being a strong advantage Solid understanding of IC manufacturing and production flow, including processing, assembly, and production testing Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), with proficiency in UFLEX or Verigy 93K platforms being a distinct advantage Demonstrated hands-on experience with statistical methods and data analysis tools Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to act as a visible role model and drive technical ideas through to results Innovation-driven personality with a continuous improvement approach, consistently seeking faster, better, and more efficient solutions while demonstrating transparency and technical leadership #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
