We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President – Corporate Trust Client Operations Management to join our Corporate Trust Client Operations team. This role is located in Dublin.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for managing the day to day relationship for our EMEA based Corporate Trust clients and working with team members to ensure accurate settlement of client trades and deliverables. The COM will be involved in the service delivery for our clients and partners with product, operations, credit, treasury and other BNY functional partners to deliver high quality service in a growing and fast paced commercial sector within Corporate Trust and Structured Debt.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, responding to complex operational and product-related enquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Support the timely and controlled execution of high-value payments and trades across a range of transaction types.
- Manage escalated issues effectively, partnering with internal teams to investigate, resolve and communicate outcomes clearly.
- Contribute to a strong control environment by maintaining accuracy, highlighting risks and escalating exceptions appropriately.
- Drive operational efficiencies using AI tools and automation and partnering with internal developers to successfully deliver on application updates and new ideas.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Approximately 5-8 years’ experience in financial services, ideally in client services, settlements, custody, payments or trade support.
- Experience in Corporate Trust, back/middle office operations or client servicing.
- Working knowledge across areas such as asset-backed commercial paper, securities settlement, structured note programmes and collateral monitoring is preferable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members.
